Who are we?
We're a group of women, aged 18-45, who live in Letchworth and the surrounding area. We have varying occupations and family backgrounds, but we all share a love of life and the desire to get out of the house and do something different every now and again.
We're members of the National Association of Ladies Circles, and a sister organisation to Letchworth Round Table.
What do we do?
We meet twice a month, usually on a Thursday evening. Our meetings range from the more 'normal' social events - a meal or cinema trip, perhaps - to something a little different - a pamper night, or something sporty (-ish - it can't be overly demanding - few of us are that fit!).
Most of our get-togethers are informal and fun and the odd one or two are a bit more grand -we all need an excuse to buy a posh frock every now and again, now don't we?!
Most of our meetings are just for us, but some involve socialising with other Circles in our local area, some are held jointly with Letchworth Round Table, and some are for all the family!
Whilst we're having fun we also try and give something back to our community. We organise a couple of fundraising events a year, either for a national charity such as Cancer Research, or we donate to local good causes.
What don't we do?
We don't make jam, we don't knit, and we don't do flower arranging. Unless we all decide we want to - and there's usually wine or food thrown into the mix if so!

Some of us joined Circle because we were new to the area and wanted to make friends; some of us had friends who were members and thought it sounded like fun; some of us just needed an excuse to get out of the house and away from the kids and chores every now and again! If that sounds like you, then please use our contact form and we'd love to tell you more and hopefully get you along to meet us.
